Costs, Payment Terms and Concessions

Initial phone chat (15) minutes:  Free

Initial Consultation (90 mins):  £120.00

Weekday appointments (1 hour or part thereof):  £75.00

On-line Therapy - £75 - payable in advance of treatment

Payment Terms:

Clinic Face to Face sessions - Payment at the end of the session.  (not currently offered)

On-Line 1:1 sessions - Payment via internet banking due 24 hours prior to the session. An invoice will be sent at the time of booking for payment.

Cancellation or changes to appointments;

24 hours notice is required for changes or cancellations to appointments or the full published session fee will be charged.

Concessions:

Help the Heros - Free Initial Consultation for serving service personnel.  Follow up appointments £75.00 per session.

Anxiety UK - fees as agreed with the Charity.

Health Cash Plans & Reimbursements
If you have a health cash plan (such as Paycare, Health Shield, Medicash, or Westfield Health), you may be able to claim back some or all of the cost of your sessions.

I am a fully registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), which is an Accredited Register overseen by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Most UK cash plans recognize these credentials for reimbursement.

Please check your specific policy details with your provider prior to your appointment to confirm your level of cover. Upon payment, I will provide you with a full receipt containing my professional registration numbers to submit for your claim.
