Costs, Payment Terms and Concessions

Initial phone chat (15) minutes:  Free

Initial Consultation (90 mins):  £120.00

Weekday appointments (1 hour or part thereof):  750.00

On-line Therapy - £75 - payable in advance of treatment

Payment Terms:

Clinical 1:1 sessions - Payment via internet banking due 48 hours prior to the session.  An invoice will be sent at the time of booking for payment.

Cancellation or changes to appointments;

24 hours notice is required for changes or cancellations to appointments or the full published session fee will be charged.

Concessions:

Help the Heros - Free Initial Consultation for serving service personnel.  Follow up appointments £75.00 per session.

Anxiety UK - fees as agreed with the Charity.
