CFT - Compassion Focused Therapy

CFT, has a broad scientific approach, developed by Professor Paul Gilbert, it is constantly developing as scientifc evidence is made available.  CFT is partularly suited to those clients who are very self critical and struggling with shame and judgement (self and others).  The essence of CFT is to introduce self compassion to the client in order to help them achieve more positive emotions.
